cumin<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">2 tsp long pepper<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">2 \u00a0tsp tellicherry pepper<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">2 tbsp coriander seeds<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">2 tsp freshly gratet nutmeg<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">2 tbsp ginger powder<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">8 cloves<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">2 dried maces<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">2 bay leaves<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">2 g saffron threads<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">4 cardamom capsules<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">3 tsp rose blossoms<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">2 dried chilli peppers<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a center\"><strong><span style=\"line-height: 1.73\">PREPARATION HOMEMADE RAS EL HANOUT<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"line-height: 1.73\">Ground the nutmeg. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"line-height: 1.73\">Carve the cardamom capsules and scratch out the small black seeds.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"line-height: 1.73\"> Spices can benefit from a slight toasting before grinding to bring out their flavors. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"line-height: 1.73\">All you need is a small pan. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"line-height: 1.73\">Heath the pan, add cumin, Cubeb pepper and black pepper, <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"line-height: 1.73\">the cardamom seeds, the cloves and give the pan a shake. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"line-height: 1.73\">Toast for 2-3 minutes, till the sensual, aphrodiasic teasingly scent <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"line-height: 1.73\">brings a touch of Morocco in your kitchen and your daily routine. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"line-height: 1.73\">Watch out that the spices do not burn or get brown. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"line-height: 1.73\">Remove the spices from the pan and allow them to cool off completely. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"line-height: 1.73\">Grain the bay leaves in a spice mill. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"line-height: 1.73\">Add the spices from the pan and the other spices to the spice mill and <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"line-height: 1.73\">grind until very fine. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"line-height: 1.73\">Combine all spices and place into
