Ingredients

INGREDIENTS FOR TOOT

  • 250 g almond slivers
  • 125 g caster sugar
  • 2 tbsp rosewater
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom ground
  • 100 g sugar
  • 10 g pistachios slivers
  • food color optional

Instructions

PREPARATION TOOT

  1. Mix almond slivers and caster sugar in a blender until crushed.

  2. Add rose water and mix.

  3. Form small balls and bring them into a mulberry shape.

  4. Roll in sugar.

  5. Stick a pistachio sliver into the pastry to use as a stem.

  6. If you want colorful marzipan mulberry, add some food color.
