Toot – Persian Marzipan Mulberry is served on Nowrooz day and persian weddings.
Mix almond slivers and caster sugar in a blender until crushed.
Add rose water and mix.
Form small balls and bring them into a mulberry shape.
Roll in sugar.
Stick a pistachio sliver into the pastry to use as a stem.
If you want colorful marzipan mulberry, add some food color.
Store in a tin box.
