Ingredients

INGREDIENTS FOR SHARBAT-E KHAKSHIR NABAT

  • 4 tsp khakshir – sophia seeds
  • 250 ml spring water
  • 1 tsp rose water
  • 1 tsp lemon freshly squeezed
  • 1 candy stick with saffron
  • 2 - 3 ice cubes

Instructions

PREPARATION OF SHARBAT-E KHAKSHIR NABAT

  1. Place the cleaned khakshir seeds (see above) in a glass, and fill with pure spring water.

  2. Add one teaspoon of rose water and lemon juice, and place one saffron cane sugar and the ice cubes in the glass.

  3. This delicious Persian refreshing drink is ready.

  4. Stir well before drinking.
