Ingredients

INGREDIENTS MAJOON

  • 750 g vanilla ice cream
  • 1 Pack Persian Cream or double Cream cold
  • 1 ripe banana cold
  • 4 tbsp pistacios cold
  • 4 tbsp walnuts cold
  • 2 tbsp cashew nuts cold
  • 2 tbsp almonds cold
  • 12 dates

TOPPING

  • 1 tsp pistachios
  • 1 tsp walnuts
  • 1 tsp cashew nuts
  • 1 tsp almonds
  • 2 tbsp date syrup

Instructions

PREPARATION MAJOON

  1. Majoon tastes at its best when all ingredients are used cold from the refrigerator.

  2. Peel cold banana and cut into large pieces.

  3. Place dates in hot water for 10 minutes, this makes it easier to peel off the skin. Then pit dates and remove peel.

  4. Place in a high-powered blender with the other ingredients, except those for the topping, and blend until fine.

  5. Pour into two large* or four small pretty glasses*, garnish with the nuts and date syrup.
