A healthy snack for between meals
Majoon tastes at its best when all ingredients are used cold from the refrigerator.
Peel cold banana and cut into large pieces.
Place dates in hot water for 10 minutes, this makes it easier to peel off the skin. Then pit dates and remove peel.
Place in a high-powered blender with the other ingredients, except those for the topping, and blend until fine.
Pour into two large* or four small pretty glasses*, garnish with the nuts and date syrup.
This shake should be prepared fresh and served immediately!
