Date Paste is a perfect healthy sweetener and quick & Easy to make.
Halve and pit the dates.
Cook with honey, orange blossom water, cinnamon and 150 ml water in a saucepan over medium heat for 4-5 minutes until the dates are soft. Keep stirring so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pot.
Blend with a blender until smooth.
If your paste is too thick, add a little more water, If it is too thin, add a few more dates.
