My Strawberry Monstershake is an over the top strawberry milkshake for a hot Summer Day.
First, put your jars in the freezer so that your milkshake stays later nice and cool.
Wash the strawberries, dry them well and remove the stems.
Cut banana in half, peel and slice.
Add all ingredients to a stand mixer or blend with a blender. Place the strawberry shake in the refrigerator to chill until ready to use.
Row 3 strawberries on each of the skewers. Set aside.
I prefer unsweetend and unstiffened whipped cream. Use only fresh cream and whip it with a mixer until stiff. Or use a cream spreader. If you want the cream a little firmer, you can use cream stiffener. If you want it sweeter, then add vanilla sugar.
Place the ice cream scoops in the glasses, with a spoon line inside of each glas with strawberry püree, gentliy pour in the strawberry shake.
Place a strawberry skewer, a straw and top a donut on each glas.
Spread whipped cream on top and garnish with sugar sprinkles.
