Soak the walnuts overnight with a little salt, refreshing the water every now and then.
The next day, rinse the walnuts in a colander under cold water, dry them well and then chop them roughly.
Mix one cup of yogurti per glass well, pour half of it into the glass.
Place a layer of chopped walnuts on the yoghurt and cover with 1 tablespoon of liquid honey.
Place another layer of yogurt on top.
Decorate with 4 halved walnuts per glass and drizzle some honey on top.
