Zutaten

INGREDIENTS VALAK KUKU

  • 3 tbsp walnuts
  • 2 tsp barberries
  • 300 g wild garlic
  • 4 eggs

SPICES

  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Anleitungen

PREPARATION VALAK KUKU

  1. Wash walnuts and soak them in hot water in a bowl, as soon as the water turns dark wash it out and fill it up with fresh hot water.

  2. Place barberries in hot water as well.

  3. Place wild garlic in a bowl of clear cold water and wash, dry well, then cut into fine strips with a scissors. 

  4. Whisk eggs well with spices until they begin to foam.

  5. Drain walnuts and barberries in a sieve, Rinse with clean water and towel dry.

  6. Add all to the eggs with the wild garlic and mix well. 

  7. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan, add egg and wild-garlic-mixture to the oil and fry on medium temperature for 7 - 10 minutes on one side.

  8. Once the kuku is almost cooked, place a plate larger than the pan on top of the frying pan and turn it over with a jerk. Slide the kuku into the pan and fry the other side for about 3 -5 minutes.
