INGREDIENTS FOR DATE PASTE

  • 200 g Iranian fresh dates
  • 3 tsp orange blossom water
  • 150 ml water
  • 3 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Anleitungen

Preparation Date Paste

  1. Halve and pit the dates.

  2. Cook with honey, orange blossom water, cinnamon and 150 ml water in a saucepan over medium heat for 4-5 minutes until the dates are soft. Keep stirring so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pot.

  3. Blend with a blender until smooth.

  4. If your paste is too thick, add a little more water, If it is too thin, add a few more dates.
