Strawberry donuts in a "light" version, they are filled with juicy strawberries and then topped with more delicious strawberries.
Preheat oven to 160°.
Brush the donut pan with sunflower oil.
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

Pour the batter into the baking pan. Bake donuts for 10 minutes, remove from oven and let rest for another 10 minutes. Then remove from the pan and let cool on a cooling rack.
Mix Labneh, powdered sugar and rose water well.
Puree all ingredients in a blender or mash with a fork and press through a sieve.
Drizzle half of the strawberry puree into the labneh Glaze and stir in patterns with a skewer.
Turn donuts upside down in glaze several times. Drain on a cooling rack.
