My simple oven baked Turmeric Lemon Salmon is is tender, quick to prepare, also healthy and low in calories.
PREPARATION SIMPLE TURMERIC LEMON SALMON
Preheat oven to 200°.
First pat the salmon fillet dry with kitchen paper.
Juice lemon, press garlic through a garlic press. Mix lemon juice together with the spices in a small bowl.
Place salmon fillet skin side down in the baking dish and brush all around with the marinade. Either cover and place in the refrigerator for half an hour or immediately place in the preheated oven.
Bake the salmon fillet together with the marinade in the oven for 25 - 30 minutes.
To check if the salmon fillet is cooked, take it out of the oven and check the cooking point with a fork. If the muscle segments fall apart easily, it is just right.
Serve with Sabzi Polo - herb rice or Dami Godje Faranghi - one-pot rice with tomatoes.
