The recipe is simply to melt away.
Melt butter in a pan, once melted add corn flour and brown lightly.
Add the cold water gradually, at first just 3/4 of the water and if necessary add the rest of the water. The mixture should have a porridge-like consistency.
Cut the Cheese into cubes and add to the mixture, stirring well over a medium heat until the Cheese is melted and can be pulled into strings.
Serve warm immediately with some bread, tomatoes and cucumber.
