Zutaten

INGREDIENTS KUYMAK

  • 80 g butter
  • 3 tbsp corn flour
  • 225 ml cold water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 200 g Kolot Peyniri or Kasar Peyniri diced

Anleitungen

PREPARATION KUYMAK 

  1. Melt butter in a pan, once melted add corn flour and brown lightly.

  2. Add the cold water gradually, at first just 3/4 of the water and if necessary add the rest of the water. The mixture should have a porridge-like consistency.

  3. Cut the Cheese into cubes and add to the mixture, stirring well over a medium heat until the Cheese is melted and can be pulled into strings.

Rezept-Anmerkungen

Serve warm immediately with some bread, tomatoes and cucumber.
