This Apple Fall Salad is perfect for Fall and is topped with a honey mustard dressing.
Melt butter over medium heat in a skillet, add sugar and pistachios.
Caramelize for a maximum of 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Place the pistachios on a baking sheet and allow to cool.
Add lamb’s lettuce and lettuce mix in a bowl.
Slice apples thinly.
Grate carrot finely.
Add all ingredients to the salad.
Soak raisins in apple juice and strain after 10 min.
Break feta cheese into pieces.
Remove seeds from pomegranate.
Mix all ingredients for the dressing, drizzle over salad and mix well.
Garnish with pomegranate seeds, raisins, feta and caramelized pistachios.
