Ingredients

INGREDIENTS FOR FLATBREAD PIZZA

  • 4 Lavash flatbreads or tortilla wraps

INGREDIENTS FOR THE SAUCE

  • 250 ml tomato purée
  • 1 tbsp Harissa paste
  • 1 tsp coriander ground
  • ½ tsp cumin ground
  • Salt and pepper to taste

INGREDIENTS FOR THE TOPPING

  • 150 g feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 red onion thinly sliced
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 pinch sumac

Instructions

PREPARATION FLATBREAD PIZZA

  1. Preheat the oven – Set the oven to 200°C top/bottom heat or 180°C fan
  2. Mix the sauce – Combine the tomato purée with Harissa paste and spices
  3. Top the flatbread – Spread 2 tbsp of sauce on each flatbread then add the onions followed by the halved cherry tomatoes and feta or any other toppings you like.
  4. Bake – Place the topped flatbreads on a baking tray and bake for 8 to 10 minutes until the cheese is slightly melted
