It’s super easy to make and tastes creamy and delicious.
Heat olive oil in a large pot.
Sauté the onions and garlic until they become translucent and fragrant.
In a separate pan, melt the butter and sauté the sliced mushrooms until they are golden brown.
Set a few mushrooms aside for topping..
Sprinkle flour over the remaining mushrooms and stir until it combines with the butter
Slowly stir the milk and cream into the mushroom-flour mixture.
Season with salt and pepper.
Ladle the soup into bowls, garnish with a sautéed mushroom and a parsley leaf, and add a small squeeze of lemon juice.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
