Valak Kuku is a delicious quick skillet egg dish made with delicious wild garlic, eggs, crunchy walnuts, sour barberries
Wash walnuts and soak them in hot water in a bowl, as soon as the water turns dark wash it out and fill it up with fresh hot water.
Place barberries in hot water as well.
Place wild garlic in a bowl of clear cold water and wash, dry well, then cut into fine strips with a scissors.
Whisk eggs well with spices until they begin to foam.
Drain walnuts and barberries in a sieve, Rinse with clean water and towel dry.
Add all to the eggs with the wild garlic and mix well.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan, add egg and wild-garlic-mixture to the oil and fry on medium temperature for 7 - 10 minutes on one side.
Once the kuku is almost cooked, place a plate larger than the pan on top of the frying pan and turn it over with a jerk. Slide the kuku into the pan and fry the other side for about 3 -5 minutes.
