Chocolate marbled and topped with a fruity pink topping
Preheat oven to 180°.
Melt butter in a saucepan.
Mix eggs, milk, vanilla extract in a food processor.
Add the melted butter.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl except for the cocoa powder and mix well.
Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ones and mix everything together to create a smooth dough.
Remove two-thirds of the dough, add in the cocoa powder and mix well. One third of the dough remains light.
Butter a mold and dust it with flour.
Place the light batter in the bottom of the mold and add the dark batter on top.
Draw circles in the pan with a fork for marbling, then bake for 40 - 45 minutes. Test with a chopstick to make sure the dough is baked all the way through.
Remove from oven and let cool in the pan on a rack for 10 minutes. This will cause the dough to shrink a bit, the bundt cake can then be easily flipped and cooled completely on a cooling rack.
Melt Ruby chocolate in a water bath and stir well.
Pour the melted Ruby chocolate over the chilled cake.
Decorate with blackberries.
