A delicious winter salad that is ready in less than 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 180 C (350 F)
Fillet oranges, saving the juice, we will need it later for the dressing.
Place orange fillets on a plate, sprinkle with cinnamon and refrigerate.
Form soft goat cheese into dumplings with 2 small spoons and place on a plate, cover and refrigerate.
Peel beet and slice finely using a mandoline. Use disposable gloves when doing this as the juice from the beet stains strongly.
Wash the walnuts, put them in a bowl, pour boiling water over them and let them stand for a minute.
Drain the walnuts in a sieve and put them in a container with a lid, dust with powdered sugar, cinnamon and Chayenne pepper and shake the container well. Since the walnuts are still warm, the powdered sugar melts and all the flavors blend together beautifully.
Place walnuts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, drizzle with olive oil and bake in the oven for 8 minutes until golden brown.
Mix all the ingredients together, don't forget the captured juice of the oranges.
Mix the lettuce with salad dressing and place on a plate.
Arrange beet, orange fillets, goat's cream cheese dumplings and candied walnuts on top according to your taste.
