You can prepare this salad all over the year.
Cut red and white cabbage with a mandoline into very fine strips.
Finely grate 3 carrots from 4.
Slice the fourth carrot for the flower decoration.
Cut 1/2 cucumber into strips of various thicknesses. Cut out stems and leaves for the flowers.
Decorate the vegetables diagonally on a tray and form flowers from carrots and tomatoes. Add the stems and leaves from the cucumbers.
Squeeze lemon and orange, mix all ingredients and set the Dressing in an extra jar next to the salad.
I prefer my salad soaked with the Dressing for at least an hour or even overnight in the fridge.
