Ingredients

  • 4 Arabic breads
  • 1 lemon zest
  • chili flakes
  • salt flakes
  • 4 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

PREPARATION OF CRISPY FLATBREAD STICKS

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°.
  2. Cut the Arabic bread in half and slice into strips.
  3. Mix the olive oil, salt, chili flakes and lemon zest well. Brush the bread strips with the mixture.
  4. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes until crispy. Keep an eye on them to ensure the bread strips don’t burn.
