Mast-o Musir – Persian Shallot Yogurt Dip
This dip is incredibly simple to make, yet so satisfying.

INGREDIENTS MAST-O MUSIR

dried Musir - Persian wild garlic
, soaked overnight

cups
or 500 g Greek yogurt

salt

black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS MAST-O MUSIR

Soak the dried Musir in water for at least 24 hours. Drain and rinse.

Finely chop the Musir and stir into the yogurt.

Add salt and pepper, adjusting to taste.

Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving – the longer it rests, the deeper the flavor.
