Rose Cookies – Three Cookies from one Dough

Rose Cookies – Three Cookies from one Dough

Advent is just around the corner and you haven’t had the chance to bake any cookies yet. If the thought of preparing multiple doughs feels overwhelming, you’re not alone. I understand, and am here to help! I have a delightful recipe that will make your baking experience easier: Rose Cookies—Three Cookies from One Dough. Just picture how beautiful these cookies are! You can create pistachio rose cookies with a hint of lemon zest, beautifully topped with a lemon-cherry glaze and delicate rose petals arranged in a paisley design. Or if you prefer something with a warm spice, try the pistachio rose cookies infused with cardamom, finished off with a delicious cinnamon-coriander chocolate glaze and a sprinkle of pistachios. And for an extra special touch, don’t miss out on the rose cookies with a rose-raspberry glaze, elegantly topped with soft rose petals. It sounds amazing, doesn’t it? I hope you’ll give it a try and enjoy the delightful flavors during this special season! Watch my preparation video on Instagram

Macaroni - Persian Style Spaghetti

Macaroni – Persian Style Spaghetti

Macaroni – Persian Style Spaghetti is a delicious pasta dish that is commonly enjoyed in Persia. In Iran, macaroni refers to any type of pasta, including spaghetti and macaroni noodles. My personal favorite is spaghetti with Persian bolognese and crispy spaghetti tahdig. The pasta is served as a warm spaghetti cake and is cut and served in slices like a cake. Although spaghetti is a quick dish, we prepare it slowly and carefully like a rice cake in Persia. If you’re ready to try something new and experiment with your taste buds, this is the perfect dish for you.

Pumpkin Donut Ghosts and Monsters for Halloween

Pumpkin Donut Ghosts and Monsters for Halloween

BOO! HAPPY HALLOWEEN! Are you searching for a recipe for Halloween and your horror party? Why not bake my Pumpkin Donut Ghosts and Monsters for Halloween? My monsters and ghosts look more cute than scary and are perfect for the softies among Halloween fans. You need pumpkin puree, eggs, brown sugar, olive oil, flour, baking powder, and homemade Pumpkin Spice for this. The spices I use for the homemade Pumpkin Spice are Cinnamon, Nutmeg, powdered cloves, and powdered ginger. Just mix them and add to the dough. For this recipe, you need pumpkin puree from a nutmeg pumpkin. Since I tend to make lots of pumpkin puree on hand and freeze it, I can start baking the donuts right away. If you don’t have pumpkin puree on hand, you can find the recipe here.
