Ghalieh Meygoo -Persian Shrimp in a Tamarind and Cilantro Sauce is a traditional dish from Chuzestan in southern Iran on the Persian Gulf and a kind of curry with shrimp, tamarind, tomato paste, fresh cilantro, fenugreek leaves, garlic, and lots of aromatic spices.
