The event was hosted by the City of Frankfurt, the MICHELIN Guide, and DEHOGA Hessen. One thing became clear right away: Frankfurt will once again be at the heart of Germany’s fine dining scene in 2026. From May 19 to June 23, 2026, the city will host a series of culinary events featuring Michelin-starred chefs, exclusive dinners, and unique food experiences. From June 1 to 17, 2025, Frankfurt will host a very special food festival: “Sterne über Frankfurt” (Stars over Frankfurt). For two weeks, you can enjoy amazing events, fine dining, and delicious flavors. Some of the city’s most exciting restaurants will serve a special highlight during the festival: the “Michelin Signature Dish.” This dish is not only delicious but also shows the chef’s personal style and passion in every bite. Six-Hands Dinner – Top Chefs Celebrate Label Rouge Salmon

*Press Dinner at Restaurant Carmelo Greco with Scottisch Label Rouge Salmon*  Some evenings remain in our hearts long after they end—not just for the incredible food but for the stories they tell. This evening was special, highlighted by the Scottish Label Rouge Salmon. The Six-Hands Dinner – Top Chefs Celebrate Label Rouge Salmon featured three talented chefs—Carmelo Greco and Benedetto Russo from the Michelin-starred Restaurant Carmelo Greco. Together with Nils Henkel from Bootshaus at the Papa Rhein Hotel, they created a memorable culinary experience. Even though he stepped back from holding a Michelin star, Henkel’s passion and skills really stood out in every amazing dish he served.
