Its intense aroma and health benefits make it a perfect addition to this recipe. The wild garlic adds a wonderful green color, making the waffles delicious and beautiful. The highlight on the waffles is the grilled salmon. Its tender texture and rich taste make it a treat for any occasion. The fresh and aromatic grilled asparagus has tender tips and a crunchy texture that harmonizes well with the wild garlic waffles. To round off the taste experience, I serve a delicious lemon-dill sauce, which gives the dish a fresh touch. Garnish with lemon slices, and this combination of spicy wild garlic, tender salmon, and crunchy asparagus is unbeatable.

Gluten-Free Baklava Triangles

My friendly soul welcomes you today with a smile and a special treat I’ve prepared for the upcoming Christmas celebration – Gluten-Free Baklava Triangles. During festivities in the Middle East, be it our Nowruz celebration, religious ceremonies, weddings, or Ramadan, Baklava is prepared as a symbol of abundance and communal joy.

The filling is with ground walnuts, powdered sugar, and cinnamon. So you get two dishes from one dough. This way, both team sweeties and team savory can enjoy the meal.

Saffron Iced Tea – آیس تی زعفران

Saffron Iced Tea – آیس تی زعفران

Can you imagine a better summer treat than an ice-cold homemade iced tea? Today I have a recipe for a fresh and delicious saffron iced tea – آیس تی زعفران. The iced tea with saffron has a very aromatic flavor and lifts your mood. After all, a Persian quote says: “Drink a glass of saffron tea and get happy.” I prepared the recipe with black tea, but you can also use white tea instead. I don’t recommend Green tea, as it can overpower the fragrance of saffron. You can adjust the sugar level and the ingredients of a homemade iced tea to your taste. Ready-made iced tea from retail stores contains a lot of sugar, flavors, and artificial ingredients. Try my refreshing saffron iced tea and treat your health. Watch How to Prep Video on Instagram
