Six-Hands Dinner – Top Chefs Celebrate Label Rouge Salmon

*Press Dinner at Restaurant Carmelo Greco with Scottisch Label Rouge Salmon*  Some evenings remain in our hearts long after they end—not just for the incredible food but for the stories they tell. This evening was special, highlighted by the Scottish Label Rouge Salmon. The Six-Hands Dinner – Top Chefs Celebrate Label Rouge Salmon featured three talented chefs—Carmelo Greco and Benedetto Russo from the Michelin-starred Restaurant Carmelo Greco. Together with Nils Henkel from Bootshaus at the Papa Rhein Hotel, they created a memorable culinary experience. Even though he stepped back from holding a Michelin star, Henkel’s passion and skills really stood out in every amazing dish he served. The dinner wowed everyone with its fancy, top-notch creations that really captured the joy of enjoying good food together.

*Press dinner – Italian star cuisine Carmelo Greco in Frankfurt* Since last summer, Carmelo Greco and Benedetto Russo have been working together as an amazing team, shaping the unique character of their Michelin-starred Italian restaurant, Carmelo Greco, in Frankfurt. Their partnership, built on deep respect and a shared passion for cooking, is truly inspiring. Carmelo, with his decades of experience and keen instinct, has found the perfect partner in Benedetto, a passionate 28-year-old Sicilian. Haggis Scotch Eggs and with Barefoot Wine to London

Haggis Scotch Eggs and with Barefoot Wine to London

*In cooperation with Barefoot Wine* Today I take you with my recipe Haggis Scotch Eggs and with Barefoot Wine to London. Haggis Scotch Eggs was the starter at 67 Pall Mall, and I liked it so much that I had to prepare it myself. The recipe for the Piccalilli, an Indian pickle, is also coming soon. Haggis Scotch Eggs are soft-boiled eggs surrounded by a layer of haggis and a crispy coating of panko and breadcrumbs. When you cut them, the egg yolk runs all over the plate, so mouth-watering. Haggis is the national dish of Scotland and consists of various offal of sheep, which are chopped finely and formed into a sausage. You can buy it ready-made, and the flavor is similar to a liver paste, and you can buy it ready-made. It goes well with the Barefoot Wine Chardonnay, which is delightfully fruity. A perfect combination!

Rhoihessian Cooking duel- Variations of black salsify á la Carl Grünewald

*Ad in cooperation with Rheinhessenwein e.V. and Gourmet Connection* I was so excited as the invitation of Rheinhessenwein and Gourmet Connection for the “Rhoihessian Cooking duel” arrived. Last year I was already invited and unfortunately could not participate. I´m so grateful that I was asked again this year. As the day of the Cooking contest got closer, I became more and more excited. I have never participated in such a cooking battle and this contest will be even filmed. Am I up to it at all, do I manage to cook the dish of a chef without any recipe and even stay within the given time of 90 minutes?
