This delicious and natural ice cream shake is made with bananas, dates, nuts, vanilla ice cream, cream, Lotus Biscoff caramel biscuits ( unpaid ad), and caramel Topping. Persian tea is our favorite drink (we also enjoy it in the summer), but we love ice cream and shakes too. No wonder that in many Persian cities, you can find Vitamineh Shops ویتامینه at any corner. In Iran, Majoon is also called Vitamineh Bastani (ویتامینه بستنی ), and we have many different versions; find another recipe here on my blog. It is a full-bodied and creamy ice cream shake and rich in nutrients.

Majoon – Date Ice Cream Shake with Nuts معجون
INGREDIENTS MAJOON
12 fresh dates*
250 ml milk
500 g vanilla ice cream*
4 tbsp pistachios*
4 tbsp walnuts*
4 tbsp hazelnuts*
1 banana
4 tbsp whipped cream*
4 tbsp Lotus Biscoff Creme*
TOPPING
2 tbsp pistachios*
2 tbsp walnuts*
2 tbsp hazelnuts*
4 tbsp Lotus Biscoff Topping*
PREPARATION MAJOON
First, place your jars in the freezer.
Pit the dates and peel off the skin by soaking the dates in warm water for 4-6 minutes. Place the dates in the blender with the cold milk and blend until smooth. Add vanilla ice cream, nuts, banana, cream, lotus cream and biscuits and blend. Remove the chilled jars from the freezer and pour in the Majoon. Garnish each jar with 1/2 tsp. of the nuts, 1 tbsp. lotus Topping and a lotus biscuit, according to your taste. Serve immediately!

- 4 tbsp Lotus Biscoff Cream
- 10 Lotus Biscoff biscuits
TOPPING
- 2 tbsp pistachios
- 2 tbsp walnuts
- 2 tbsp hazelnuts
- 4 tbsp Lotus Biscoff Topping
- 4 Lotus Biscoff biscuits
Instructions
PREPARATION MAJOON

First, place your jars in the freezer.
